what we do
Housing Access Support is a private rented access service that supports single people who are homeless, and in receipt of Universal Credit into private rented accoommodation.
what we offer
Housing Access Support works with a variety of Landlords across London to source both studio flats and rooms in shared houses. We will help you to find your own accommodation with these Landlords. We work with Landlords all over London who have accommodation in various locations, so we ask that you are flexible about the area you want to live in.
what you need to be eligible
- Single and Homeless
- Over 35 years of age
- Unemployed or volunteering
- In receipt of Universal Credit
- Proof of ID (Passport, Drivers License or Birth Cerfificate)
- Proof of Income (3 months bank statements)
- Non Priority / Very low support need
additional information
All applicants will be required to register with Housing Access Support by completing an assesment form to ensure that you are eligible. A Referal Service Fee will apply prior to completing Tenancy sign up.
Landlords
Housing Access Support works in joint partnership with many Landlords supporting the homeless into private rented accommodation. We will support both Landlord and Tenant to ensure sustainment of the Tenancy.
